Stefano Zunino is Chairman and CEO of JWT Group in Brazil. He sits on the JWT Board of Directors.
He began his career in 1987 at Leo Burnett in London. During his time there he was business director for Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s, Philip Morris, and Kraft Foods. As well as London he also worked in Burnett's Chicago and Milan offices.
In 1998 he moved to Buenos Aires to be General Manager of VegaOlmosPonce. His role expanded with time to include regional responsibility for the Unilever account in Latam (now with Lowe). Four years later he moved to São Paulo and became CEO of Lowe in Brazil - in addition to his pan-regional responsibilities on UL.
Stefano joined the JWT team in 2005 when he was appointed CEO of the Brazilian operation.
Holding a post-graduate degree in Marketing from FGV, Fernand Alphen studied Business Administration at FGV and History at USP. With 23 years of experience, he worked for F/Nazca, Group Bunge, Yes Design and Rapp Collins Worldwide. He is currently Professor of Planning at FAAP/SP Communication School and heads the planning department at JWT Brazil.
An economist by education, Roberto has worked as an executive in the Finance Department for over 25 years. He started his career at Brazil’s General Electric, where he served as Director of Controlling. He holds major specialization degrees in Finance, among which FMP and PRBM. He has also served as Financial-Administrative Director at major companies like National Distillers do Brasil, Autel S.A. Telecomunicações, and at ad agencies such as JWY , Leo Burnett and Young&Rubicam.
Ezra is a history graduate, but a media man by trade.
He started in the communications business doing media and business consulting for media brands at PHD in London.
In 2004 he started at JWT São Paulo as Media Research and Insight Director.
In this capacity he was tasked with evolving the Agency's Media Strategy.
He was subsequently promoted to Department Head where he oversaw the total restructure of JWTs Media offering. This included introducing the first Channel Planning service in Brazil.
He since moved into a broader account management role, leading JWT work on Coca-Cola and Unilever in Brazil.
Ezra is currently COO of JWT in Brazil; he sits on the Brazil Board of Directors and is a member of the JWT Global Planning Council.
He was born in Florianópolis and started my career as a trainee copywriter at Ogilvy. From there he work at Age, Talent and Africa where he was Creative Director for the Mitsubishi and Brahma accounts. From Africa he went to work at Giovanni + Draftfcbcb as Creative Director and then as Executive Creative Director for the on and offline areas.
