Christine Stack Appointed Head of People & Culture at MEC

As head of People & Culture, Christine will focus on the creation, development and delivery of effective strategies that will attract and cultivate the best talent for MEC. She will closely collaborate with senior leadership to implement a roadmap that aligns with the needs of the business, while addressing client-specific nuances to maximize the capability for agency and more importantly client growth. She also joins the North American Executive Committee.

Christine joined MEC in 2011 in a role focused on senior talent recruitment. During her time with the agency, she has redefined the overall approach to employee development and recruitment, implementing effective strategies and best in class practices that delivered against the overall business objectives. Previously, Christine held VP positions at MediaVest and Universal McCann.
Christine is a regular contributor to Talent Zoo.com and a member of Advertising Woman of New York (AWNY), Society of Human Resources, and AdClub of NY.
