Coca-Cola’s 100year anniversary pop up bar in Greek Street
To celebrate the centenary of the iconic Contour bottle Coca-Cola took over a store in Soho and transformed it into a 1915-esque bar. For the opening, Rita Ora arrived dressed in red to celebrate Hollywood’s Golden Age, the era when the first bottle was created. Although the bar was only open for 3 days almost 2000 people visited and enjoyed a free bottle of Coca-Cola. Nice.
Old Spice Twitch
Old Spice has come up with a cool way to use twitch – the gaming platform. They’ve dropped a man in nature and let the user control his movements. Use the chat feature to send whatever commands you want the man to perform. e.g. give that antelope a massage, eat those strange berries etc. Genius.

What Netflix are claiming lets you ‘experience total freedom’. Not to be outdone by apple of Samsung, the Netflix watch is here. Now you can view your favourite Netflix originals from your wrist, with ‘clear picture, quality streaming and your favourite movies.’

Ad free paid version of Youtube
Youtube announced on Wednesday it will soon launch a new subscription based service that will let users watch videos on the site without pre-roll content. They did not confirm costs or availability but it’s expected to launch by the end of the year. The subscription will be Google and YouTube’s latest attempt to diversify beyond the ad-based business model for the more than a billion users who visit the streaming video site monthly.
Is google going to buy twitter?
More than £1bn was added to the value of twitter on Tuesday following reports Google could launch a big for the social network. Google launched its own social network, Google+, in 2011, but despite racking up around 300m monthly active users, it has struggled against rivals such as Twitter and Facebook. Buying Twitter would jumpstart Google’s social network ambitions, and with the search giant sitting on a reported $60bn cash pile, it could easily afford to buy its rival.
