Dale leads the MullenLowe Group in the UK, overseeing MullenLowe London, MullenLowe Profero, MullenLowe Open and MullenLowe Mediahub.

Prior to this role Dale was EMEA CEO of MullenLowe Profero from 2009 – 2016, overseeing an impressive list of blue chip client pitch wins and retention, record growth, global expansion, creative Grand Prix wins, Agency of the Year Award and a Gold CPD (awarded for the highest standard of Continuous Professional Development for its employees). Dale has a proven track record of multi-channel success. Before MullenLowe Profero he spent six years at VCCP as Head of Planning and as a Managing Partner. Prior to VCCP, Dale was Planning Director at J. Walter Thompson. His clients have included Diageo, Unilever, MINI, BMW, Pepsi, FedEx, Western union, Apple, o2, HSBC, Kellogg’s, Kraft, Virgin, Primark, ASOS, M&S and several major government behaviour change campaigns. Tom is one of the world’s most respected advertising professionals. In 2000 he was part of the team that founded Delaney Lund Knox Warren, which prior to the merger with Lowe and Partners in 2010, grew to become the largest non-network agency in the UK.
Tom started his career at Delaney Fletcher Delaney under the tutelage of Winston Fletcher. After stints at Chiat/Day and AMV/BBDO he returned to DFSD Bozell in 1995 as Head of Account Management.
Throughout his time in advertising Tom has worked across a variety of business, including large multinationals Clients; Reebok, Coke, Gillette, HBOS, American Express and Pepsi. In addition to National Government projects for The Department of Health.
Tom is a longstanding member of the IPA council and has held the role of Honorary Secretary and Chairman of its Membership Committee, in 2015 he became IPA President.

Charlie started out in advertising as an Account Planner at DMB&B/D’Arcy. He joined DLKW as the Head of Planning in 2000, and became Chief Strategy Officer at DLKW Lowe in 2010.
During his career, Charlie has won numerous Planning awards for his work, including the Grand Prix at the Account Planning Group for his thinking on the Department of Education’s Child Literacy campaign, and two Gold IPA Effectiveness awards including one for the Stroke ‘Act Fast’ campaign. He was also the conveyor of judges for the IPA Effectiveness Awards in 2011 and was the founder and Chair of the IPA ‘Excellence in Account Planning’ training course.
Charlie was recently inaugurated into the IPA’s ‘Effectiveness Hall of Fame’. He also sits on The General Media Panel advising the Advertising Standards Authority.
Alan is responsible for the agency’s financial operations, notably business planning & budget development, client profitability and resource planning – all aimed at driving business profit, ensuring efficiency of structures and the adoption of best practice across the Agency’s operations.
Alan has worked in the marketing communications sector for all his professional life since qualifying as an ACA in 1996. His career in Agencies has been in both public (WPP and Interpublic) and independent set-ups, and included time as an M&A advisor in the sector. He loves the energy, passion and drive that the best companies in the sector embody.
Outside work he retreats to family life in deepest rural Kent, playing golf at the seaside, cycling the countryside and supporting his 3 children’s energetic sporting pursuits.

Long hailed as one of London’s leading ECD’s Richard is credited with overseeing the most creative years at DLKW Lowe since joining in 2011 with creative partner Dave Henderson.
He began his career at RKCR/Y&R in 1996, picking up a Gold Lion for his St Mungo’s Interactive Cinema commercial in his first year. After two years he was promoted to the board, at the time Y&R’s youngest board member in history. In 2004 Rich moved on to Saatchi & Saatchi, with partner Dave, where as joint Creative Directors they produced the multi-award winning Carlsberg ‘Old Lions’ campaign as well as Visa’s ‘Running Man’ campaign before moving to DDB London in 2008.
His work includes the British Arrow awarded emotive Marie Curie film ‘symmetry’ and the world’s first interactive digital billboard for MicroLoan. Under Unilever, their Small & Mighty campaign launch for Persil claimed an impossible 2% category market share growth and the Cannes Lion awarded Domestos ‘see through loo’ campaign that defied category norms in 2013.

Grace is a skilled marketing, new business and PR professional specialising in creative agency brand building. As Marketing Director she is responsible for supporting and reinforcing the agency’s growth and creative success through marketing and reputation management. (She also throws a mean party.)
Grace started her advertising career at DDB London within new business before setting up and running their PR and Marketing offering. Grace spent two years at AKQA, Campaign’s Digital Agency of the year 2011, managing the UK Marketing and PR across all clients including Heineken, Nike and Fiat. Most recently she held the role of Head of Brand at BETC London, helping to establish the first agency in a global micro-network established by the renowned French agency BETC.
