Warren, MI — December 20, 2011 — Consumers Energy, one of the nation’s largest electric and natural gas utilities, has engaged Campbell Ewald to provide marketing and communications expertise for the company’s customer engagement initiative.

The overall goal of the marketing communications efforts will be to raise brand perception and understanding of the products and services provided to the utility’s customers in Michigan. First work is expected to break in fall 2012.
