We decided to start our agency in the middle of a terrible recession. When we decided to start our agency, people told us, “You can’t do that.” We did it anyway.

We based our agency on the vision that advertising should be intrusive, memorable and motivating. We decided to compete with the best agencies in the world. People told us, “You can’t do that.” We did it anyway.

We designed our offices to enhance creativity. Instead of walls and doors, we have carousel horses and deck chairs. We group people in entrepreneurial teams called Pods, instead of bureaucratic departments. People told us, “You can’t do that.” We did it anyway.

We decided to pitch clients in Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, New York and Montreal. We built the Sea-Doo brand, made Resorts the most profitable division of Wyndham, doubled unaided awareness and tripled call volume for Value Rent-A-Car, and increased sales for T.J. Cinnamons 78%. People told us, “You can’t do that.” We did it anyway.

We attracted the best people from the best agencies in the country; award-winning art directors and copywriters from Portland, Minneapolis, Dallas and New York. People told us, “You can’t do that.” We did it anyway. We stopped entering the local Addy’s after winning 68 awards and Best of Show. Instead, we enter the major national and international awards chows; CLIO, Effie, New York Festival. People told us, “You can’t do that.” We won anyway.
