Bryan Wiener is Chairman and CEO of 360i. The digital agency has been named one of the top U.S. marketing agencies by Advertising Age and one of the "World’s Most Innovative Companies" by Fast Company, using data to inspire ideas that drive conversation and commerce for brands like Coca-Cola, Oreo, Smirnoff, Capital One and NBC Universal. Bryan’s visionary leadership has resulted in a unique agency culture around innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit that has earned 360i distinction from both Crain's and Advertising Age as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the country.
Bryan is also Chairman of DNA, the operating unit for Dentsu’s North American agencies. He has been named a Top 50 person in media two years running by Mediaweek and an Advertising Age Media Maven. Additionally, Bryan was inducted into the Professional Gallery of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications for his contributions to the industry. His digital media background dates back to 1994 and includes a series of senior management positions at Net2Phone Global Services, a pioneer in VoIP communications technology, and at TheGlobe.com, one of the largest web 1.0 social media communities.
Bryan is currently Chairman of the 4A's Digital Board, a member of the 4A's National Board of Directors and the IAB Agency Advisory Board, and chairman of NYU's Media & Entertainment student association advisory board. He is a sought after industry expert, appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age, The New York Times and Forbes. Bryan holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a BA in History from Syracuse University.
Sarah Hofstetter is President of 360i. Since joining 360i in 2005, Sarah has created and rapidly evolved the agency’s industry-leading brand strategy, social marketing and emerging media practices, helping brands such as Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola and others connect with 150 million consumers every day. Brands turn to Sarah to help them transform marketing strategy, creative and overall communications by making them social and mobile by design. Additionally, under Sarah’s watch, 360i has won numerous awards for digital innovation including Shorty, OMMA, IMA Outstanding Achievement and IMA awards.
Sarah has been named a "Social Media All-Star" by the Social Media Society and to CableFAX’s Digital Hot List. The Stevie Awards also honored her as one of its 2012 Female Advertising Executives of the Year. Sarah is frequently quoted in publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Advertising Age and The New York Times, and currently sits on the WOMMA Board of Directors. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy & Emerging Media at 360i. Prior to joining 360i, Sarah was President and Founder of Kayak Communications, a marketing agency focused on developing brand strategy and communications plans for new media brands. Before starting her own agency, Sarah spent 10 years at Net2Phone, one of the world's first providers of VoIP technology. Sarah lives on Long Island with her husband and two children.
Chief Creative Officer
Adam Kerj is Chief Creative Officer at 360i. Adam brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with world-class brands to 360i. Throughout his creative career, he has garnered more than 50 international industry awards, including several from Cannes Lions, One Show, Webby, Eurobest, CLIO and New York Festival.
Prior to joining 360i, Adam served as Executive Creative Director and Founding Partner of Saatchi Sweden. Within ten years of him founding the office, it was named agency of the year and one of the most awarded agencies in the Saatchi network. Before that, Adam was Executive Creative Director and Founding Partner of TBWA Sweden and honed his craft at Leo Burnett in the United States and Denmark.
Adam is a frequent speaker at industry events and a trusted mentor to programs such as the internationally-awarded Miami Ad School, Hyper Island and the Berghs School of Communication.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Jared leads 360i’s media and analytics practice, which includes oversight of its award-winning search, display, media mix modeling and social and mobile advertising disciplines. He also serves as a strategic advisor for brands, including Enterprise, Capital One, Ancestry.com, AutoTrader and H&R Block.
Jared brings over a decade of digital marketing experience to 360i, which includes the launch of a new CPG brand, managing the integrated media budget for Coca-Cola’s Fantana property and the brand’s overall channel strategy, and working in media buying and account roles as one of the first employees at Avenue A (now Razorfish).
Jared received an MBA from Emory University in Marketing & Management and a B.A. with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania. He has appeared in Forbes, AdExchanger and Direct Marketing News and also serves on the advisory board of RHbrands and The Atlanta Federation E-Philanthropy initiative.
