New York, NY, March 22, 2011- JWT New York Chief Creative Officer Peter Nicholson lures award-winning creative team from Wieden+Kennedy whose work included Target, Nike, and Coke.

Peter Nicholson, CCO of JWT New York, today announced his first two additions to his creative team: Creative Directors Craig Love and Shayne Millington. The award-winning duo joins JWT from Wieden+Kennedy, where Love was a Senior Copywriter and Millington a Senior Art Director since 2008.

Love joins the Macy’s team while Millington will work on Bloomberg. Love and Millington represent the first new creative hires of Peter Nicholson since becoming the agency’s Chief Creative Officer in January 2011.

“This duo has been producing stellar work for more than a decade,” said Nicholson. “Their creative skills are indicative of the type of talent I am looking to bring to JWT. They have a strong body of work and I look forward to what they will achieve at JWT.”

While at W+K, the two partnered on a series of successful campaigns for Target, Nike and Coke. Their memorable work includes: Target’s “Collection Campaign,” which includes “The Great Thermostat War,” “We Only Met Two Days Ago” and “The Mysterious Car Odor” collections.

Prior to joining W+K, the two spent five years at Saatchi & Saatchi, where they created Wheaties’ “Muscle Bag” and JCPenney’s “Back to School” campaign. Love and Millington also collaborated on creative for Cold Stone Creamery, Honey Nut Cheerios, Olay, Tumi Luggage and “I Love New York” New York State Tourism.
