The Art Directors’ Club of Europe Awards is the pre-eminent creative show in Europe. It's judged by a panel of 50 top international creatives who select the best of the best in European design and advertising.
As our industry continues to globalise, the ADC*E mission, to showcase European creativity as a whole rather than by focusing on a single country, is right in step with the times. The ADC*E helps us speak European by enabling us to value Europe's diverse cultures, simultaneously favouring and benefiting small clubs around Europe. As an association the ADC*E is an authoritative voice in the international stage which brings creatives together through events and publications, thus benchmarking creativity across Europe, and deepening our understanding of creative diversity. The ADC*E is the gateway to Europe's creative communities.
The ADC*E was founded in 1990 as a not-for-profit organisation whose mission is to foster and reward excellence in European design and advertising. It is owned and managed by professional design and advertising associations from seventeen European countries.
The ADC*E Awards is the only event in the world to bring together the best of European award-winning work under one competition. Once submitted, the work is judged by a panel of over 50 top creatives, a wonderful opportunity for European professionals from advertising, design, editorial, illustration, film, new media and photography to come together and highlight their country's creativity. The entries are then showcased in the ADC*E Awards Annual, providing a unique and impressive archive of the very best of European creativity.
The ADC*E website provides up-to-date news on events, awards and education programmes around Europe, in addition to information, such as contact person, membership details and mission, of member European professional associations in seventeen countries. Winning work from the ADC*E Awards is viewable by country or category. The ADC*E website acts as a portal featuring the best design and advertising in Europe, thus highlighting the ultimate in European creativity.
