The billboard, generator of water

When advertising allies with ingenuity

Lima is the second largest capital located in a desert and gets under an inch of rain. Engineers are not only creating consumer electronics or products to be sold to the public. UTEC, University of Engineering & Technology of Lima believes that engineering can help to change the world. That’s why it teamed up with the agency Mayo Draftffcb to create a useful “billboard” for the population and thus gives visibility to their skills and professions because the application period for 2013 was about to open. The billboard harvests the moisture of the air to convert it into drinkable water providing almost 100 liters to the nearby population showing “ingenuity of UTEC engineers and students in action”
