Agency audit 

If you're already wondering whether you are getting the best from current suppliers then you're probably not. We can work with you to analyse the performance of your existing suppliers. How their skills match up to your requirements. Whether you are achieving best value versus what's available in the market. And ultimately if you are working with the right partners. Our independence means we can often spot the areas which can be improved in existing relationships or whether you'd be better served by a review process.

Meeting management

We'll relay all the relevant information to the participating suppliers. We'll arrange chemistry meetings (if required), organise NDAs and ensure that all queries regarding the pitch are fielded.

Throughout gather in the agencies' credentials and compile them for you.

We'll then provide you with comparable information on these companies as follows:

Details of their current client lists, sector experience and any other services they provide. 

Pitch management

We'll relay all information regarding the pitch to the candidate suppliers. We'll arrange the pitch meetings, attend the pitches, assist with the evaluation process.

We'll then provide you with comparable information on these companies as follows:

Identifying potential suppliers

We use the information provided by other marketing professionals through our research to help identify the suppliers who have been recommended for the specific skills and experience that you seek. We can also take into account other preferences you might have such as location of supplier, size of company, financial stability.

We add to this our own knowledge of the market to narrow down the selection to a reasonable long list for you.

We'll discuss each option with you and narrow the list down to a shortlist.

We would recommend that you don't see have more than five agencies on your final shortlist for the pitch stage - we'd consider 3 or 4 to be about right. We prefer to put in more work pre-pitch and then concentrate the pitch time on the strongest candidates. 

Evaluating

If you have chosen an agency through our process, we want to ensure you are happy so you will get a free evaluation after six months. If you did not use RAR to get an agency, we can carry out an evaluation on a fee basis.

Preparation of brief

The key to getting the right supplier is to make sure that your brief is specific and well-crafted. Putting a lot of effort into the brief preparation stage is a good investment and likely to save a lot of time later.

Our business is running pitches and preparing briefs so we have proven processes to help you through this stage. Depending on the complexity of your brief and how much work you have done on it already, this stage will take between one and four days to complete. 

Fee negotiation

You might want some support handling the fee negotiations. We can help you to benchmark the fees proposed by your chosen supplier and ensure you are getting good value for money.

Feedback to participants Of course you'll want to call the successful agency and give them the good news. We'll handle the calls to the unsuccessful candidates and prepare constructive feedback to give them.
