AlmapBBDO created a different action for Billboard Brazil magazine, Guitar Pee. Based on the concept "Music. We know it comes from all sorts of places." , the copywriter Ricardo Wolff and the art director Guiga Giácomo created an interactive urinal, where the bar client composes solos using his own urine. But that’s not all.
As soon as he flushes, the person sees the password for his "solo" and accesses the site guitarpee.com through the cell phone to listen to the solo he “created” and download it to his phone, if he wishes. All the instructions are right in front of him.
To assemble Guitar Pee, the urinal is equipped with 7 different sensors, each one containing a guitar riff especially produced for the project by MugShot producers. This way, every "solo" is unique – since the users’ timing and variation of the riffs are never the same. Until now, over 800 solos were produced.
Guitar Pee has gone through Bar Aurora, in São Paulo, and will reach other bars in the city. When the dates are confirmed, the information will be announced on the guitarpee.com site.
