Louise Clements Named Executive Vice President for ICF International and Group Lead for ICF Olson

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of professional services and technology-based solutions to government and commercial clients, has named Louise Clements executive vice president, group lead for ICF Olson and the newest member of ICF’s executive leadership team.

Ms. Clements brings to ICF Olson 26 years of experience in marketing, advertising and engagement. Her work spans both commercial and government markets in the United States and Canada where she has provided strategic direction to and overseen the digital marketing, sales and operational organizations for some of the most influential media organizations in North America.

"Growth-minded and strategic, Louise understands the market and how to integrate creativity, media, technology and data to create a full customer experience for clients," said ICF International Chairman and CEO Sudhakar Kesavan. "She will serve as a positive, galvanizing force to help move ICF Olson forward by building on our culture of innovation and creativity and forging larger, stronger relationships with current and potential customers."

Ms. Clements comes to ICF from MRM//McCann, a division of McCann Worldgroup, where from 2010 to 2016 she was president of the North America East, and Canadian divisions, respectively.

Prior to working with MRM/McCann, Ms. Clements launched Facebook’s advertising team in Canada, converting the social media site into a credible marketing platform for Canadian advertisers and winning her accolades as one of Canada’s top 20 Digital Marketers, 2009. She holds a bilingual bachelor of arts in political science from Glendon College, York University in Toronto.
