About MEC Europe, Middle East and Africa

We have a stretching global ambition:
“To be our clients’ most valuable business partner, famous for inspiring people and exceptional results.”

If you like ordinary, we’re not for you.

If ‘beyond comfort’ thrills you, if ‘expanding possible’ attracts, then you’ll do your best work here.
You’ll do it because we’ll provoke you, challenge you and unashamedly ask for more.
We believe there are no limits for passion, imagination and wonder. And it’s only when we explore the unknown that we can truly thrive.
That's why we're so passionate about investing in our people to help them thrive collectively and individually.
We’ll reach out and help you explore the uncharted because that’s where ideas flourish. It’s where people and brands grow.
You owe it to yourself and we owe it to our clients. It’s the MEC way.
Don’t just live. Thrive.

MEC takes the lead with the launch of regional ecommerce consultancy

MEC today announced the launch of MEC Commerce, a specialist ecommerce consultancy. Led by MEC Global Solutions in London, the launch is part of an ongoing strategy to create a leading edge for the agency’s clients in the fast changing digital and data landscape. The practice will be based out of MEC Global Solutions office and focus initially on the EMEA region where it will work closely with local markets to offer clients best in class consultancy and brilliant on the ground delivery. MEC Commerce is already delivering projects for clients across a number of markets including UK, Germany, Italy and Poland. Mudit Jaju, Digital and Data partner at MEC Global Solutions, leads the consultancy. He commented, “Ecommerce is the next frontier for brands, and the shift that has happened in the last few months is that marketers are realising that ecommerce is not just a distribution channel. There is so much more to ecommerce than giving consumers a place to enter their credit card details. Our vision is to propel ecommerce beyond the brand website and into the entire web to drive conversions across all digital touch points.” Jeff Hyams, Chief Digital Officer for MEC Global Solutions and EMEA, added, “Ecommerce is a natural extension of the work we’ve always done for clients in bringing together disparate elements. Our experience with performance and brand marketing uniquely positions us to deliver ecommerce solutions in a platform agnostic way.” One FMCG brand MEC is working with, is long-standing client Nestle in Poland. Dariusz Mitura, eCommerce Manager of Nestle Poland, said, “We find MEC’s approach to be thorough and rooted in consumer insight. Their strategic approach is one that we can see scaling with our business effectively.” Jeff Hyams added, “In a constantly connected digital world, all brand communications need to be linked up and cohesive. The conversations we’ve had with clients, media owners and technology companies have been very encouraging and emphasise the importance of thinking of ecommerce as one of the many facets of communications.” About Mudit JajuAs Digital and Data partner at MEC Global Solutions, Mudit is responsible for building out the ecommerce practice across EMEA. Mudit completed the WPP MBA Fellowship including stints at Ogilvy, Red Fuse and MEC where he helped digitize clients across the automotive, packaged goods, and travel sectors.
