- Cronin and Company picked up three new clients this year: Connecticut Children's Medical Center, UConn Health and the McDonald's Operators of the Capital District in Albany, New York. Connecticut Children's Medical Center tapped the agency to create and execute advertising efforts as its agency of record. UConn Health enlisted Cronin to develop an advertising campaign to rebrand the healthcare center as a vibrant, integrated academic medical center that is experiencing growth in all three areas of its mission: academics, research and clinical care. Lastly, the McDonald's Operators of the Capital District named Cronin as its public relations agency of record, following a review. Cronin will manage the public relations program for the group's 70 restaurants and 20 owner/operators.
