In his new role, Dylan will be in charge of developing Publicis' global strategy and innovation offering.
Williams will report directly to Arthur Sadoun, Chief Executive of Publicis Worldwide.
Arthur Sadoun said "Bringing Dylan into Publicis Worldwide demonstrates the importance we place on strategy and innovation being at the heart of everything we do. Dylan is one of the most recognized and successful planners in the industry. He is also a real agent of change, a strategic leader with a fantastic creative track record who operates at the intersection of business, creativity and technology. We are very lucky to have him on board".
Williams said “I’ve been really struck by the vision for Publicis that Arthur and the team in London took me through. And the passion with which it was delivered. Something good is growing and I immediately wanted to be part of it. I thank the guys at Mother and at BBH for nurturing me to a point where I feel ready for a step like this one.”
Following the acquisition of Poke in the UK last year, this is the second key strategic appointment made by Arthur Sadoun with the aim of notably strengthening the global network’s presence in the UK.
