Terminix, a termite and pest control company, awarded its creative business to Havas Worldwide Chicago and Hawkeye Dallas, following a review. Havas will be responsible for branding, TV, and print, while Hawkeye will lead digital and direct marketing work. Publicis Dallas previously handled the account. New work will launch in early 2014. Terminix spent $8.5 million in measured media in 2012 and $6.4 million between January and June of 2013, according to Kantar Media.
