Founder and Dream Leader

Herve founded AdForum in 1999 after spending his career in advertising on both the agency and client side. He has held a variety of positions in the industry, including Managing Director International of Havas Intermediation, Vice President of DMB&B, Inc., CEO of DMB&B France and COO of Lesieur. He also founded and operated one of the largest agency search consultancies in France. Herve is a graduate of ISC, Paris and Harvard Business School. He is based in Switzerland.

C.E.O, worldwide

Philippe Paget, 47, has twenty years of experience in the marketing, communication, media, internet and technology industries. Pioneer of the online advertising industry, he founded Real Media one of the leading online rep company in 97. He left after the merger with 24/7 Media in 2002, and then co-founded Mistral Partners, a consulting agency based in Geneva where he intervened as an operational consultant on starting of projects Back in Paris since 2006, he took back his seat as chairman of Présence d'Esprits, and invested in a new venture,, specialized in web conferencing and online events. was merged with AdForum last year and Philippe was named CEO worldwide. He is working on integrating the two companies and creating a brand new platform offering extended services to the advertising community.
Philippe holds a business degree from the European Business School (Paris, Barcelona, and Frankfurt), He shares his time between New York and Paris.

Wright Ferguson, Jr. as President USA

Wright spent the majority of his career as EVP, Group Publisher of Adweek Magazines (Adweek, Brandweek, Mediaweek, Editor & Publisher) where he oversaw advertising and marketing strategy for six magazines, 18 online products, custom-publishing and seven events/awards shows. Following his executive position at Adweek, he was appointed Vice President Sales, North America for Eye Corp, an Australian-based Out-of-Home media company selling mall advertising. Most recently, Wright formed Ferguson & Associates where he consults to (an image recognition search platform via mobile) on sales strategy, and (a new ad model in India which will pay viewers for their time and attention) on sales and marketing.

Active in the advertising industry, Wright is a long time club and board member of the Advertising Club of New York and has served on their executive, nominating and programs committees. He spent many years on the board of the American Advertising Federation (the governing body of ad clubs), judged three National Student Advertising Competitions, and was on the board of advisors of Selfchec, a non-profit devoted to cancer awareness and prevention.

Marketing Director, Europe

Isabel joined Adforum in March 1999 as Marketing Director, Europe. Prior to joining AdForum, Isa held various marketing positions with the Walt Disney Company in both France and the United Kingdom. Isa manages the Company's global partnerships and alliances and provides marketing leadership to the European market. Isa is a graduate of the French Business School ISG.
