About me

Andrew is a founding partner and co-creative lead of the newly formed Boulder-based agency, WorkInProgress. The agency was founded by six former VPs who were key leaders of the Domino’s account at Crispin, Porter + Bogusky.

While at CP+B Andrew led the relationship with Domino’s for over six years. In the process, he helped Domino's break industry sales growth records and changed its perception, to as NPR put it, “A tech company that happens to sell pizza.” Some of his favorite moments along the way included the Cannes Lions Titanium Grand Prix-winning emoji ordering innovation, the uncommonly honest and transparent Pizza Turnaround campaign, the creation of the first purpose built pizza delivery car, The DXP, the voice ordering pizza robot, DOM and the suite of innovative ordering technologies, AnyWare.

During his seven years at CP+B, Andrew also led projects for KRAFT Macaroni and Cheese, introduced the Hotels.com brand spokesperson, Captain Obvious and launched cycling industry leader, Pearl Izumi
