Story We see a guy and his dog. As the guy works on the computer, we hear him talk about how easy it is to pay bills online. As we hear him say that "now we have time to go play" we realize that it was the dog talking. The spot closes with the guy catching a frisbee in his mouth. The announcer tells us that online banking is so easy, anyone can do it.
Philosophy Demonstrate the ease of banking by actually showing the user click through screens, pay bills, and do it easily -- plus demonstrate the benefit of banking online -- more time to play.
