Feh Tarty

Chief Creative Officer at SS+K
New York, United States

About me

Feh was born in Liberia and moved to the United States at age seven. His fascination with art from early childhood through high school helped him obtain grants and scholarships to study communication design at Syracuse University.

His talent, resilience, and positive outlook eventually landed him creative positions at three of the most prestigious advertising agencies in the world—Goodby Silverstein & Partners SF, Wieden+Kennedy London, and Mother London—garnering top industry awards including an Emmy, Cannes Gold Lions, and D&AD Black Pencil. Some of his notable campaigns include Got Milk?, Chipotle and Ikea.

In 2014, Feh founded Stay in School—a London-based creative and strategic consultancy firm that aligns a business’s commercial objective with its social objective to elicit real change. He helped Kimbal Musk attract students and entrepreneurs to the Real Food movement through a tour called Food is The New Internet. He also developed a video with ROLI Music called No Refuge with famed Wu-Tang artist RZA to help generate proceeds for the United Nations Refugee Agency.

Feh realized to have greater impact at scale required working inside a larger organization. In 2017, he moved back to the United States to join SYPartners, a management consultancy firm that helps leaders of Fortune 500 companies, national and international initiatives through organizational transformation and has now found his way to SS+K.

In his new role with SS+K, Feh is committed to helping each business live up to its true purpose in the world by developing compelling narratives that inspire action.

Feh is a trustee of Elephant Family, a U.K. based non-profit organization that protects the habitat of Asian elephants of which Prince Charles and Camilla serve as joint presidents.

He and his wife, Krista, live in New York where they are both very excited about having proper summer weather.
