Problem	Created in 1999, Planète Urgence is a NGO (non-governmental organisation) of international solidarity governed by law 1901, which aims to help the development of the poorest countries and to protect the environment. It offers to every ordinary citizen, who does not specialise in this type of work, but is eager to act (individuals, employees financed by their companies, craftsman etc), the possibility of going to Southern countries for short-term development missions or environmental protection programs, supervised by scientists or people specialising in the field of humanitarian aid. Planète Urgence volunteers are therefore “DONACTING”, at the same donating and acting, making a gift of money, but above all a gift of their time and skills. The originality and effectiveness of this concept has already convinced a large number of volunteers who have found that Planète Urgence provides a unique opportunity for making themselves useful and at the same time experiencing something truly exceptional. Strengthened by this success, but at the same time understanding the need to develop its notoriety amongst a greater number of people, Planète Urgence will promote itself by means of a film broadcasted free of charge by television channels from the 8th November.
Problem (original language)	Créée en 1999, Planète Urgence est une ONG de solidarité internationale régie par la loi 1901 dont l'objectif est d'aider au développement des pays les plus pauvres et à la protection de l'environnement. Elle offre à tout citoyen ordinaire, non spécialiste mais désireux d'agir (particuliers, salariés financés par leurs entreprises, artisans…), la possibilité de partir dans les pays du sud pour des missions courtes de développement ou de protection de l'environnement, encadrés par des professionnels de l'action humanitaire ou des scientifiques. Les volontaires de Planète Urgence sont donc des "DONACTEURS", à la fois donateurs et acteurs, faisant don d'argent, mais surtout de temps et de compétences. L'originalité et l'efficacité de ce concept ont déjà convaincu de très nombreux volontaires qui ont trouvé en Planète Urgence l'opportunité unique de se rendre utile tout en vivant une expérience humaine exceptionnelle. Forte de ce succès, mais également face à la nécessité de développer sa notoriété auprès du plus grand nombre, Planète Urgence communiquera à partir du 08 novembre par l'intermédiaire d'un film publicitaire diffusé gracieusement par les chaînes de télévision.
