Michael Bombeeck

The love for slow and fast.

Mitch, aka Michaël Bombeeck is a 10 year veteran of commercial film directing. Highly versatile in film techniques and modern post-production processes, his work is varied, but he cannot hide his dual love for the wondrous worlds of a slow-motioned perspective and the action fuelled sports films on the other side of the film universe.

Graduated as master in film directing at RITS film school in Brussels in 2004, Mitch has been shooting commercials ever since, crossing platforms from international viral campaigns, digital interactive films to your fluid cinematic styled brand film. His latest film for Belgacom was awarded with a Gold Dolphin at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards.

Loving his job like the first day, Mitch is open-minded and imaginative on every job he takes on. His sense of humor and realistic approach permit him to guide each project through the storms of the production process towards the optimum finalization of it.

In order to enjoy his hobbies, all he needs is a telescope or a Netflix account; sometimes a plane ticket or occasionally just a chip and a chair. And as a true coffee addict, he’ll never pass up a good conversation.
