Story | Fridge was shot in Prague on a giant set built to the exact, scaled-up proportions of a real fridge. The actor playing the barman, a Czech himself, used two giant plastic pint glasses (one empty, one black) to move around on set. The beer shown is actual real Draught GUINNESS® being poured into a regular-sized pint glass. This was shot against a blue screen and then the GUINNESS® was superimposed onto the giant pint in post-production. |
Philosophy | This ad builds on the iconic Good things come to those who wait campaign, highlighting the great GUINNESS® experience that people can enjoy at home. Showing that Draught GUINNESS® in cans is as good as the stuff down the pub, it tells the story of a barman in a rather unusual bar pouring a gigantic pint of GUINNESS® beer |
