About me

I'm a storyteller always looking for new ways to tell a story. We've all seen how brand stories have moved well beyond TV, and what I'm focusing on now is how these stories connect and compliment each other. I'm also spending a lot of time curating the right team to tell these stories.

Positions

January 2007 - Present (17 years 2 months)
I'm Executive Creative Director of R/GA’s NY office and manage the creative work in NY. Before taking on this role I worked closely with several accounts, including Google and the launch of Google Wallet, Nokia, Verizon, McCormick and Walmart. While working with these teams, I directed work and built teams that merged the company’s conceptual branding efforts with utility, allowing people to absorb the message in ways that are entertaining, memorable and useful.

Over the years I've won more then my share of Clios, One Show Pencils, Art Directors Club Cubes, D&AD Pencils and Cannes Lions, including the Cannes Grand Prix.

Creative Director

As a creative director at Young & Rubicam, l helped lead Sony and the NFL. My work for the NFL featured actor Don Cheadle and represented a major shift in how the NFL markets itself. Instead of relying on just game clips and music, the campaign celebrated the fan and connected with the audience on a more direct, emotional level. The ads helped reverse a steady decline in playoff viewership, generating record-high ratings for the league. They also picked up a Silver Lion at Cannes.
