Tagline SYDNEY FROM THE TEA FOLK BREAKS INTO SONG IN LATEST TETLEY AD BY DARE
Philosophy

Dare has launched its latest TV ad for Tetley featuring the Tea Folk, featuring Sydney singing an ode to the thing he loves most in the world, a cup of Tetley Tea. The tune he sings is ‘Just the way you are’ by Billy Joel, the classic 70s love song. But in true Sydney style, he cannot quite hit all the notes and he forgets some the words, though the loving sentiment still runs true.

The 40s spot is the fourth ad in the Tea Folk come-back series, which launched in September last year and saw the characters return as hand-drawn 2D characters.
