About me

Nick joined BBH in 1987 as a planner and left 28 years later as BBH Global Planning Director. Over that time, he helped develop some of BBH’s most famous brand ideas - 'Levi's - The Original Jean', ‘Boddingtons - The Cream of Manchester’, ‘Haagen Dazs - Dedicated to Pleasure’, ‘Johnnie Walker - Keep Walking’ and ’Dirt is Good’ for Unilever’s core laundry brand. Dirt is good’. Nick left BBH in 2015 to focus on those things he loves best and believes in most; ‘Building a brand not just a business’ at The Garage, fixing businesses via brand ideas with Broken, and gluing ideas into media at Electric Glue. He has been Convener of Judges for the IPA Effectiveness Awards and for the last ten years has lead the IPA Diploma - 'The MBA of Brands'.
