Philosophy | During the spring months, a mobile team of "Bike Inspectors" from Cykelspec rode around the city and performed "inspections". All inspections were completeed with an inspection protocol attached to the bike. The report shows the poor consition of the bike. The owner is offered 15% discount on a new bike, spare parts or service. |
