Story | 28 mnemonics to remember We developped a book for kids called "Galloping through the world of table manners". In this book, the most important manner guidelines are told in funny and easy to remember rhymes. In Germany, those little mnemonics are called "Eselsbrücken" - litteraly translated: "donkey bridges", as donkeys are commonly believed to be stupid. Therefore the hole book is bound in "donkey skin", there is a donkey on the cover and contains a donkey tail as a bookmark. In addition to these illustrated guidelines, we tell humorous and sometimes obscure stories about what happen to you if you do not follow these guidelines. Some "Eselsbrücken": Don't forget, don't be a dork: For pizza use a knife and fork. Spitting cherry stones, my dear, is a really bad idea. |
