Milka Pogliani

Milka Pogliani serves as Creative Director of Global Accounts McCann Erickson EMEA and Executive Creative Director of McCann Worldwide group Italy at McCann Worldgroup. Ms. Pogliani serves as Vice Chairman of McCann Worldwide group Italy, a unit of McCann Worldgroup. She is responsible for many projects on a global level for multinational clients such as Nestle, Unilever, L'Oreal, Martini & Rossi. Ms. Pogliani began her career at RAI (Italian State Television) in Milan, Screenwriting and creating ideas for cultural programs. After a few years she accepted a post as an agency copywriter, subsequently gaining important creative experience at international agencey networks such as JWT and Benton and Bowles. She joined mcCann Milan in 1979 and was appointed Creating Director in 1984. She served as President of the Art Directors Club of Italy from 1991 to 2002 and served on the juries of some of the most prestigious international festivals, including Cannes, Clio, Cresta, Andy and Eurobest. Ms. Pogliani's Lengthy award credits include the Grand Prix, Gold, Silver and Bronze Lions at Cannes, plus numerous trophies from the new York Festivals, Cresta International awards, Art Directors Club of New York and Europe; Eurobest (London), besides prestigious Italian creative awards.
