Philosophy Advertise the ceiling frescos in their "natural" way: on the ceiling, and reach arriving tourists as early as possible: with an overdimensional 850 Squaremeters large ceiling fresco in the Vienna Airport Arrivals Hall. With frescos in airport taxis, and frescos in umbrellas for arriving Vienna tourists.
Problem After the restoration The Liechtenstein Museum was re-opened with wonderful Baroque ceiling Frescos, which make the museum special and different compared to all other museums in Vienna. The USP should be communicated to Vienna tourists.
Result More than 7 million tourists reached - earlier than any other competitor. The "new" Liechtenstein Museum attracts 30,000 visitors each month - as many as the "old" museum, which was situated in the same building, had in a whole year.
