Andrew is a 20-year consumer-lifestyle print veteran. He was the founder and editor-in-chief of Absolute magazine, the acclaimed New York luxury publication. Before Absolute, Andrew was executive editor of Details magazine, during which time the magazine twice appeared on Ad Age’s Hot List. He also held senior posts at The New Yorker, Entertainment Weekly, Men’s Health, and Interview and served as a consultant for the launches of Us Weekly, Cookie, and Salon.com. His work has been published in The New Yorker, The New YorkTimes, The New York Times Magazine, Rolling Stone, Outside, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Food & Wine, Allure, and the Village Voice, among others. Andrew has been a commentator for CNN, The View, ABC, CNBC, MTV, E! and other networks. He is the author of two books: A Very Public Offering: The Story of the Globe.com (Wiley; 2001) and Chasing Cool (Atria; 2007) with former Barney’s CEO Gene Pressman.
