Consultores de Publicidad (CdP) is the Spanish and Portuguese consultancy expert in the marketing communication market. Founded in 1990, CdP works for all the communication community in the different areas the company masters. CdP is partner of Results International Consulting, the leading network for M&A Consultancy in this Industry.

Background:

Angel Riesgo founded CdP in 1990, introducing the concept of Agency Selection in Spain, the company has other 4 partners specialized in different areas of business, research, media, agencies and training. The different services expanded during the last years and in 2000 the company changed to GRUPO CONSULTORES, as the company offers consultancy in a wide range of areas through the marketing communications industry.


Our practice areas
  • Selection: Division that works for Ad. Agency, Marketing Services companies, Interactive Agencies and Media Buying Shops selection for advertisers. As you may know the Selection division does not work as a register in Spain, as we never charge the Agencies, Media Buying Shops etc..., so our remuneration is always coming from a fee to the advertisers.
  • Consultancy: The consultancy team works in all strategic and media consultancy as well as research and Client studies.
  • Research: CdP performs different studies every two years, these studies are: "The Spanish Advertising Agencies Image Survey", "The Portugese Advertising Agencies Image Survey", "The Media Quality Survey", and the "Salary and Remuneration Review", which is made every year within the Agency, Advertiser and Media positions in Spain.
  • Law Department: Contracts, Intellectual Property Protection, Campaigns
    • Analysis for Advertisers and Agencies.
  • Merges & Acquisitions: In partnership with Results International, CdP works
    • in buyer and seller assessment in the development of merger or acquisition,
    • companies evaluation and honest brokerage
  • Training: CdP offers a wide range of courses adapted to the Communication companies activities such as : development of abilities, leadership etc..
  • Publications: CdP publishes every year the book "The Best Spanish Ad. Agencies" and some other publications created ad hoc for Clients.
