He was formerly the MD at the start-up Fallon London, one of the UK’s most awarded and best-known creative agencies, famous for groundbreaking campaigns for Cadbury, Skoda and Sony.
Magnus was appointed UK CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi in November 2011 and promoted to CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Fallon UK Group in April 2014.
In 2017 he took on the additional role of Global President of Saatchi & Saatchi, responsible for global clients, new business and brand positioning for the network.

As global chief creative officer, Kate leads the creative output of the Saatchi & Saatchi network, driving its purpose to deliver world changing ideas that transform clients' businesses and brands. She is also chief creative officer at Saatchi & Saatchi London, the office she joined in 2005 as executive creative director. In London, Kate has played a key role in the transformation of the agency post the acquisition of the digital agency Outside Line, successfully combining digital, social and design into the creative offering. She has won numerous awards for clients including Carlsberg, T-Mobile, Pampers, Holsten Pils, Lurpak, Nurofen and Cadbury.
David provides strategic leadership and direction across the Saatchi & Saatchi network as well as working on key clients and new business. Internationally recognized as a thought leader, David was most recently Chief Strategy Officer of Fallon London. Across his career, David has built extensive experience with international agencies and on global brands, and has spent equal periods of his working life in Australia, the USA and the UK. After a dual degree in Law and Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, David started out in brand management before going agency side in his native Australia. He moved overseas and became head of planning at DMB&B in New York and later CSO at TBWA Chiat/Day New York, before moving to the UK as CSO of DDB London. In 2006, he co-founded integrated creative agency The Red Brick Road, joining Fallon London in 2013. David worked on multiple global businesses including Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury, Unilever, Mars, Philips, Absolut, and Heineken. He is based in London.
Richard looks after the strategic output across all brands in the Saatchi & Saatchi London group. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer he is responsible for the intellectual output of the agency and the strategies deployed for clients. At Saatchi & Saatchi, he has worked on clients from T-Mobile to the Labour Party to Marie Curie while previously he worked on Sky where he helped launch Sky+ in 2003. He was promoted to the role of Chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi London in February 2017 and remains Chief Strategy Officer for the agency.
Sam joined Saatchi & Saatchi in January 2012, working across a range of clients from T-Mobile and Guinness Global to Weight Watchers and Kerry Foods.
He is now Managing Director, responsible for looking after the day-to-day running of the agency, leading key clients in EE and Visa and aiding Saatchi & Saatchi’s integration with wider Publicis Groupe specialisms.
Sam started his career in website development and flash game design before moving over to digital specialist glue London where he spent three years working across News Group Newspapers, Bacardi Global Brands and AVIVA.

A member of the Saatchi & Saatchi London executive team, Larissa is responsible for business growth at the agency, including marketing, new business, events and PR, as well as leading agency partnerships and acquisitions and development of new products and services for existing and prospective clients. She is also executive sponsor on key accounts including Britvic and Direct Line.
She is passionate about people and culture and leads a number of the agency’s people strategies, including the diversity and equality scheme.
