There is a difference between speaking to someone in their own language
and trying to fake their accent. Advertising that targets minorities
fails when it attempts to get the attention of a faceless crowd labeled
"minority" instead of speaking to people. The brand that speaks to
people internally is the one who will be heard. Move beyond the
formulaic and superficial. Go to the essence of a person's beliefs,
desires, passions and values. Touch the soul and you will win the heart
