Traditionally, timing is everything in the real estate process, and with that comes a lot of stress and uncertainty - however, not with Opendoor. The digital real estate company is changing how people think about real estate by reinventing life's most important transaction with a radically simple way to buy and sell a home, ultimately empowering them to move on their own timelines.

The brand's newest spots, "Out of Town" and “Migration," created by VB+P, highlight this great benefit and are a fun response to what seems to be a national pastime of scrolling real estate listings on our phones. The spots ask, 'What happens when you finally find "the one," only the timing couldn't be worse?'

In "Out of Town," a professional astronaut preparing for launch is faced with giving up on her dream home to pursue her dream of space until she discovers the solution is much easier than she imagined. In "Migration," a wildlife photographer on assignment halfway around the world faces a similar dilemma when he finds his dream home while patiently waiting for a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife event. Fortunately, his colleague shows him how Opendoor can provide the flexibility to make both his house and bird dreams come true.

The team collaborated with Director Fiona McGee, Cinematographer Ross Giardina, and Arts and Sciences to bring these stories to life.
