Ogilvy Latina named Thais Frazao Chief Strategy Officer for the region. In her new role, Thais will drive the strategic expertise, expand the strategic capabilities, and drive effectiveness agenda in the region.
Since 2017, Thais has been leading brands like Coca-Cola, Nestlé and Kimberly-Clark as Head of Planning at Ogilvy Brazil, with recognized and awarded strategies in both Cannes and Effies.

The executive will also have the mission of develop Ogilvy team’s sense of community by bringing a united view of working dynamics. “The idea is to keep transforming clients’ businesses, becoming even more efficient through an even more integrated strategy between Ogilvy’s capabilities”, added Frazao.
She will still leading the planning and strategic field on Ogilvy Brazil as well.
Thais has over 20 years of experience in the advertising field and has built a solid career working for major agencies such as Publicis, JWT, MullenLowe.
