I am a passionate builder of brands, teams, and business and a breaker of ceilings. I believe that purpose comes in many forms, I lead with empathy, and I think humor is a critical component of "professional" life.

I love the unique view our industry allows us to have across every sector of our economy. I've worked to help build brands in finance, tech, consumer, healthcare and industrial sectors. Taken together they have sharpened my view of what it means to be a business in our collective economy, and how the insights from one industry can invigorate stale thinking in another. Whether it's Alibaba, Google, Nike, Goldman Sachs or Amgen, each company provides a glimpse into a unique culture and purpose that my work with my partners at VSA has helped to define and amplify.

I appreciate candor and comedy equally, and have found my best working relationships have both. I am energized by leading our business at this unique time and helping to write the next chapter in our agency story that serves the talent and needs of our employees in an evolving work world. The story of our last 20 years will not be the same as the next 20.

When I'm not at work, I am traveling with my family, reading, #adulting with legos, or playing chauffeur to my three kids.

Dana has established a nearly 30-year career steeped in design leadership, business and brand consulting, and policymaking. In his current role as CEO, Dana leads enterprise activities including strategic planning, growth initiatives, people development and the integration of the firm’s diverse capabilities. Under his leadership, the firm has developed significant scale, capability, and reputation, leading to VSA’s profile as one of the industry’s leading brand agencies. Recognized internationally by multiple organizations for his contributions to design and design thinking, Dana continues to guide VSA in the creation of brand programs, digital and interactive initiatives, and marketing solutions for a diverse roster of world-class clients.

CURT SCHREIBER blends a lifelong interest in art and design with a passion for leadership, and has developed a highly successful professional career around brand strategy and corporate marketing communications. As Chief Design Officer and President at VSA PARTNERS, Curt ensures that VSA upholds the standards of excellence upon which the firm was founded 32 years ago and its belief that design has the power to solve complex business problems. He is known for building an internal culture that emphasizes consistency in producing stellar work, attracts the top talent in the industry, encourages free idea exchange, and focuses on long-term growth.

After college, Curt was mentored by Robert Vogele, the firm’s founder, and focused on the business of design, not just the craft. In 1991, he moved to Chicago and secured a position in communications design at VSA before moving on to brand identity projects, and eventually to integrative marketing strategy. On this path, Curt became a significant contributor to the business, and was frequently recognized by peers for his award-winning work. He embraced an internal leadership role, and was instrumental in increasing the firm’s workforce, expanding its United States operations, and positioning VSA as an industry leader.

Throughout his career, Curt has tailored the approach to match the outcome. He is constantly exploring new avenues of collaboration with clients and other agencies, managing projects in a manner that exceeds expectations, maximizes value, expands creativity, and brings forth innovation. Curt’s commitment to excellence is rooted in client work and a desire to develop the professional core within the design industry. He is at the forefront of helping colleges better equip design students as they emerge into the job market. Curt’s long-term objective is in exploring how design can make a difference, not only for brands, but in the communities in which they engage.

I possess an innate ability to simplify and streamline processes, as well as a deep institutional and industry knowledge. My strategic leadership has been pivotal to the success of client relationships, including Fortune 100 companies in the tech, commodities, CPG, and communications fields.
