Tamara Ingram joined J. Walter Thompson Company in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer, where she oversees the agency’s global network of more than 12,000 employees, across more than 200 offices and 90 countries.
Ingram joins J. Walter Thompson Company from WPP, where she served as Chief Client Team Officer. There, she oversaw the group’s 45 global account teams, representing one-third of the Group’s $20 billion of annual revenues, with over 38,000 employees working on these clients. She joined WPP’s wholly-owned data investment division Kantar in 2003.
Ingram has extensive advertising agency experience, once serving as Grey UK’s Group Chief Executive Officer and global leader on their P&G account. Prior to that, Tamara was Chief Executive Officer of McCann Worldgroup in London. She began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1985 as a temp, rising to Chief Executive of the London office, before leaving for McCann Worldgroup.
Ingram is currently a member of The Marketing Society, the Marketing Group of Great Britain, Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL), and Advertising Women of New York (AWNY). She also serves as a Trustee of Save the Children and the Royal Drawing School.
Guy joined J. Walter Thompson in 2007 as Worldwide Planning Director.
He is responsible for the quality of the Agency’s strategic output for Clients. He works with many of J. Walter Thompson's global Clients and is a strategic hand for the direction of the J. Walter Thompson business and brand.
Prior to J. Walter Thompson, Guy worked for 14 years at BBH where he occupied a series of Strategy roles in Asia and Europe – Regional Head of Planning and Deputy Chairman.
Guy is regularly a judge and speaker in the industry; he has helped with the APG Awards, the Admap Essay competition, El Ojo de Iberoamerica and the Cannes Effectiveness category.
He is based in London, is a father of two and is an avid follower of Arsenal Football Club.
