As a truly integrated agency, our job is to start with a client's business objectives and develop solutions to deliver against these. We are therefore wholly disinterested (as opposed to uninterested) in the media in which we work. Where we do specialise, it is in brand-true CRM (Customer Relationship Management) encompassing the whole customer cycle from acquisition to retention. We therefore seek to add value to our clients by any means appropriate, rather than contriving a solution to fit one media skill set.
