Story For more than a decade, TALK TO CHUCK has been an iconic representation of what the Charles Schwab brand stands for: a personal, ongoing relationship between Schwab and its clients. With the launch of Schwab Trading Services in 2013, Schwab’s opportunity was to leverage its brand equity in the client service area, while evolving it in a way that would appeal to the mindset of the ‘active trader’ target and stand out among competitive campaigns that are typically focused on tools, technology, and offers. Our answer was a fully integrated campaign that portrays the way our target consumers approach their trading, and demonstrates the ways in which Schwab’s services can help them through what is a personal, emotional, and fulfilling experience. Tactics of the campaign include a full array of TV, print, and digital messaging as well as a highly-visible ‘Bell-to-Bell’ digital broadcast event during which personalized Schwab support was available to consumers via an in-banner video feed featuring a team of advisors answering financial questions on top financial sites, for a full trading day.
