Two years ago, Swedish biotech company Maurten discovered a way to make sports fuels easier to tolerate for our bodies by encapsulating high concentrations of carbohydrates in hydrogels. Based on the hydrogel technology, Maurten developed a new sport drink that already has redefined the field of sports fuel (just ask the world's best marathoners).

Maurten’s revolutionizing sports drinks, containing only natural ingredients (no acids, preservatives or colorants), was launched in March 2017.

When launching something totally new onto a rather stagnant market crammed with artificial and colorful products, it was important to differentiate Maurten as something else. To do so we let the philosophy behind the product permeate everything we did simply by not adding anything that wouldn’t enhance the performance. Because if you have great confidence in your product and value function and transparency, shiny neon colored packing and product names jammed with superlatives isn’t really needed.

Silla Levin has been appointed the new CEO of agency Forsman & Bodenfors (F&B), starting September 1st. She replaces current CEO Erik Sollenberg, who will take on the position of Global CEO of Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B).


Silla Levin has been at F&B as art director since 2001. She has been a member of the agency’s board of directors as well as an agency partner until MDC Partners acquired F&B in 2016.


”To take over the leadership of Forsman & Bodenfors, Sweden’s and one of the world’s most renowned agencies, is an incredible honour. It’s also a big responsibility to leverage on what has made the agency so unique and successful. My focus will be to ensure that F&B continues to deliver great creative work for our clients. I’m looking forward to continuing to develop our strong position in Sweden, while at the same time expanding our global offer and strengthening the strategic partnership with CP+B”, said Silla Levin.


F&B was formed in 1986 in Gothenburg, Sweden, and has grown to become the biggest agency in the Nordic countries. For many years it has been Sweden’s and one of the world’s most awarded agencies, with numerous awards and recognitions from Cannes Lions, D&AD and The One Show, as well as Swedish awards such as Guldägget.


In June 2016, F&B joined MDC Partners and formed a global strategic partnership with CP+B. Now, F&B CEO Erik Sollenberg takes on a new position as co-global CEO of CP+B. He’ll work with current Global CEO Lori Senecal until her retirement at the end of the year, at which time he will become Global CEO of the agency.

In 2008, Volvo launched it’s first City Safety system. The New Volvo XC60 is equipped with the latest update and is capable of detecting pedestrians, cyclists, other cars and even large animals, thanks to the advanced built-in camera.

To celebrate the people the system is designed to protect, we put the new XC60 in the hands of Pulitzer price-winning photographer Barbara Davidson, letting her capture moments of life by only using the car as her camera.

Dubbed XC60 Moments, the exhibition takes place at the intersection of art and technology. Shot and curated by Barbara Davidson, using the XC60’s advanced built-in City Safety camera, the exhibition gives a glimpse of life through the eyes of the new Volvo XC60. Moments is not only a novel approach to photography and storytelling. It’s the world’s first photo exhibition shot with a car.

The exhibition premiered at London’s Canvas Studios on the 4th of July.
