As VP, Managing Director, Jeff heads a multi-disciplinary office creating products, services and communications that help grow client businesses. Since joining in 2013, Jeff has rebuilt the Chicago office, installing a highly skilled leadership team, growing the client base throughout the region and winning multiple industry awards. With 20 years of industry experience, Jeff plays an invaluable role ensuring that the right practices and culture are in place to deepen client partnerships, collaborating to transform business problems into new business models. Prior to joining R/GA, Jeff served as Managing Director at Digital Kitchen, where he spearheaded the agency's evolution from production company to full-service digital agency. As SVP at Leo Burnett, Jeff spent more than three years providing strategic leadership in the interactive and digital space, and managed numerous Fortune 50 clients in both New York and Chicago as Partner, Director of Interactive Production at Ogilvy & Mather. Since entering the industry in the mid-90s, Jeff has been recognized well beyond his digital roots. He's not only won Webbys, Addys, Andys, Effies, and Pencils, but the industry's top award: the Cannes Grand Prix.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he studied advertising and marketing. He’s been online since 1987, when he bought his first modem, and he hasn’t been offline since.

As EVP, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Daniel creates integrated programs strategically designed to raise R/GA’s profile globally and regionally. In this newly created position, Daniel works closely with managing directors and senior leadership across all R/GA offices, leading marketing and communications strategies for the agency.
Daniel joined R/GA in August 2013 from Interbrand, where he was responsible for creating and implementing regional and global marketing and communications strategies. An advocate for content-driven promotional channels, he also served as Editor-in-Chief for all of Interbrand’s global editorial properties and launched the agency’s first quarterly journal. In addition, he created Interbrand’s first proprietary conference in partnership with Harvard University and a series of bespoke CMO summits on market trends.
Throughout his career, Daniel has served as a pro bono communications consultant for the Human Rights Campaign, providing guidance on media positioning for the nation’s largest LGBT civil rights organization. He currently sits on the board of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center, a staple in New York City's LGBT community since 1983. He boasts a research fellowship from the American Psychiatric Association, and holds a BA in psychology from Baruch College.

Chloe is a strategic creative leader skilled in creating connected experiences for global clients and their customers. As R/GA’s Chief Creative Officer, US, she works alongside Taras Wayner to guide hundreds of multidisciplinary teams toward the creation of breakthrough products, services, and communications for global brands such as Nike and Samsung.
In her previous role at R/GA, Chloe built the largest Experience Design team at any global agency. Happiest when collaborating at the intersection of storytelling, design, and technology, she has been applying her unique skills as a mentor in the R/GA Accelerator program, where she helps emerging startups in the Internet of Things space develop their branding, customer experience, and communications.
Chloe was named one of the “Most Creative People in Advertising” by Business Insider in 2014 and 2015. Her work for Nike, Nokia, Verizon, Alvio, and the Ad Council has garnered the industry’s most esteemed awards at top competitions including the Cannes Lions, One Show Interactive, the CLIOs, the ADC Annual Awards, and the ANDYs. Chloe has been named a New York Times Digital Scholar and published an article on data-driven motivation in Business Week.
Prior to R/GA, Chloe expanded her expertise at Razorfish, where she engaged in deep ethnographic and insight-related engagements, working on diverse brands from Condé Nast (embracing social networks on Flip.com) to Mercedes-AMG (creating an immersive, user-driven experience on Mercedes-AMG.com).
Throughout her career, Chloe has served on juries for high-profile award shows including the Cannes Lions, the London International Awards, and One Show Interactive, and has spoken at events such as SXSW, IxDA, and Interaction South America. In 2018, Chloe was appointed as the ambassador of See It Be It, a Cannes Lions initiative that addresses the gender imbalance in senior creative leadership. A graduate of The New School Media Studies graduate program, Chloe has also shared her expertise by teaching at Carnegie Mellon, SVA, and Miami Ad School.
Jess runs R/GA's activation strategy team, which is a home for hybrid thinkers with deep knowledge of content and social, contemporary communications planning, and strategic media partnerships. The activation strategy team is charged with bringing bottom-up cultural insights into the creative process, and delivering the work in the most relevant way possible. Over the last four years, Jess has overseen strategy for a broad spectrum of work for clients including Nike, Verizon, Tiffany and Google.
One of the first journalists to make the leap into brand strategy, Jess joined R/GA from Contagious Magazine, where she oversaw the editorial team and hatched Insider, the company’s strategic consultancy. Following a stint in the Creative Partnerships team at Google, she returned to R/GA to build out this new approach to strategy.
Jess is a founder member of Papel e Caneta, a global collaboration between strategists across the world to solve some of society’s toughest problems; moonlights as designer of her own fashion line, and is a committed karaoke ringleader.
As VP, Managing Director of R/GA Austin, Candice is responsible for the office’s growth, operations, new business development, and partnering with clients and staff to create full-service, award-winning work.
Prior to R/GA, Candice spent eight years at Modem Media (now part of Publicis Groupe) in a strategy capacity, where she helped to drive client business via digital programs. While at Modem, Candice worked with clients such as Amgen, Wyeth, Sprint, Intel, and Microsoft.
Her other experience has included several roles at iCrossing, where she headed up its national healthcare and retail verticals. While there, she served as VP, Managing Director, of its San Francisco office, where she secured new clients such as Cancer Treatment Centers of America, PetSmart, Charles Schwab, and Robert Half International. Candice was also instrumental in the success of record-breaking online sales days for clients such as Williams-Sonoma.
Candice holds bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and economics from Bucknell University, and a master’s degree in international management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. A New Hampshire native, she has quickly adapted to the Austin lifestyle, and enjoys exploring the many outdoor activities the city offers with her husband and daughter.

As Executive Director, Growth, Stephen is responsible for driving growth and agency reputation for R/GA's west coast operations.
Prior to R/GA, Stephen was Chief Marketing Officer for David & Goliath. Stephen oversaw all aspects of corporate strategy, marketing and business development for the Los Angeles based agency. Before D&G, Stephen was the Chief Marketing Officer for 180LA. During his tenure, the agency experienced unsurpassed growth, doubling both revenue and staff. The agency was also recognized by AdAge as an A-List Agency and Standout Agency. In addition to leading growth and reputation, Stephen led high-profile assignments for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Pacific Life, Hollywood Foreign Press Association / Golden Globes and the agency's award winning Unfairy Tales campaign for UNICEF.
As President, US, Sean leads R/GA’s domestic presence across six locations and is charged with managing, growing, and developing the offerings in each market.
Sean has an extensive career in advertising, specifically on the digital side, where he has created initiatives with some of the most renowned brands in the world. Before joining R/GA, he served as Global Chief Digital Officer and Managing Partner at Havas Worldwide New York. He was the executive lead on all digital efforts across the global network while also co-managing the New York office, the network’s largest member. In this role, he managed a group of fully integrated clients including IBM, Hershey’s, Dos Equis, and Liberty Mutual. Globally, he oversaw the development of the network’s digital strategy, experience design, social marketing, digital production, and technology.
Prior to Havas, Sean was R/GA’s SVP of Operations & Business Planning and executive sponsor for key accounts including Nike and Converse. As Managing Director for the Nike account, he oversaw one of the most awarded teams in the business, directing innovative projects across the Nike portfolio, including Nike Running, Nike Basketball, NIKEiD, and Nike+. During this time, he played a pivotal role in reorienting the company’s organizational structure to make it more nimble, which enabled R/GA to serve clients better and provide more diverse opportunities to talent within the company. This major initiative still stands as a successful model for retaining clients, fostering R/GA culture, and expanding capabilities and offerings. Additionally, Sean was instrumental in establishing R/GA Buenos Aires as a significant full-service agency in the LATAM region.
Sean also ran his own consultancy, CLR Media; before that, he led creative technology at OVEN Digital for clients including Tiffany & Co., IBM, and WinFirst. He holds a bachelor of fine arts and electronic media from Carnegie Mellon University.

Previously, Tom was director of strategy at Co:Collective, and chief strategy officer at Havas Worldwide. Tom has advised MoMA, Google, Coke, Charles Schwab, PlayStation and Virgin, earning gold Effies and IPA Effectiveness Awards. Tom is a jury chair for the 4As Jay Chiat strategy awards, and sits on the advisory board of Wharton Business School’s Future of Advertising Program.

As Chief Creative Officer of R/GA’s U.S. offices, Taras Wayner works alongside his partner Chloe Gottlieb to direct multi disciplinary creative teams towards the creation of breakthrough products, services, and communications for brands like Nike, Samsung, Verizon, and Beats By Dre.
Taras has a deep passion for storytelling. During his time at R/GA, he has been instrumental in developing and shaping new ways to tell brand stories beyond the 30 second spot, as well as how a brand’s services can impact the way their story is told. In 2015, his commitment to creating the best work in the industry helped him be named one of the most creative people in advertising by Business Insider, as well contributing to R/GA being awarded Agency of the Year at Cannes.
Prior to R/GA, Taras created memorable work for brands including Fox, Coca Cola, Samsung and the NFL. His work for the NFL—featuring actor Don Cheadle—created a major shift in how the NFL markets itself and generated record ratings, leading to the work being named one of the top 20 Super Bowl commercials of all time by Ad Age. His work for Fox Sports was honored with a Grand Prix at Cannes for film and included in the Clio Hall of Fame.
Taras has served as judge for the Clio awards, London International Awards, Art Director Club as well as the Cannes Young Lions. He sits on the creative council of the Ad Council, and enjoys returning to his alma mater Syracuse University to help shape a next generation of modern storytellers.
As Chief Growth Officer, Barry helps define the overall strategy and vision of the agency, He is responsible for agency business development and helps shape industry thought leadership. Since joining R/GA in 1999, the agency has grown organically from under 50 employees to over 700 staff across three offices globally. Under his leadership, R/GA has won accounts with some of the world’s top brands, like Nike, Verizon, L’Oréal, and Walmart. Barry’s articles have been published in a wide variety of industry publications, and he has presented on topics pertaining to the digital age at major conferences and events around the world.Prior to joining R/GA, Barry was at Ammirati Puris Lintas (APL) Digital, the interactive marketing unit of global advertising network Ammirati Puris Lintas. At APL Digital, he managed the global digital accounts of Compaq, Iridium, and LEGO, as well as business development.Barry serves on the board of directors of the Advertising Education Forum (AEF) and the Miami Ad School. He graduated from Ohio State University with a BA in philosophy and was a Ph.D. candidate in philosophy at Syracuse University.
