Bob Greenberg—Founder & Executive Chairman of R/GA—has been a pioneer in the advertising and communications industry for nearly four decades. He leads the vision for R/GA, one of the world’s most influential companies, emphasizing the importance of business transformation, product/service innovation, and breakthrough communications. The company serves as the digital partner for Fortune 500 companies and world-renowned brands, including Nike, Beats by Dre, Unilever, Samsung, Google, and Johnson & Johnson.
Bob, along with his brother Richard, founded R/Greenberg Associates (R/GA) in 1977 with the idea of creating a company that valued design but also focused on developing leading-edge motion graphics and live-action film and video production. The company created groundbreaking visual effects for movies such as Alien, Predator, Se7en, and Zelig. To date, R/GA’s body of work spans 400 feature films and 4,000 television commercials.
Bob has evolved the company several times since its founding, transforming it from a world-class movie title shop, to a digital studio, to a major digital advertising agency, and today, to an all-in-one full-service agency, product and service innovator, and consultancy. Now in its fifth business model, R/GA has become one of the most successful integrated marketing services companies, creating everything from new products and digital services, to social and mobile campaigns, to broadcast commercials.
Bob has won almost every industry award for creativity, including the Academy Award, D&AD Pencils, and Cannes Lions. Among his most notable accolades are the Cannes Lions lifetime achievement Lion of St. Mark, the honorary title Royal Designer for Industry (Hon RDI) from the Royal Society for Arts, the ANDY Bravery Award, the 2007 BDA Lifetime Achievement Award, the CLIO Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006, the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award for Communications in 2003, and the Chrysler Award for Innovation in Design. Bob was also inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame, Marketing Hall of Fame, and the Creative Hall of Fame, and recently curated Bob Greenberg Selects at the Cooper-Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum. For the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, he served as Cyber Jury President in 2004 and 2013, as a member of the 2005 Titanium Jury, and as President of the Titanium and Integrated Jury in 2010.
Bob also serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the Ad Council.
Sean Lyons currently serves as R/GA’s Global Chief Executive Officer and has worked at R/GA for over 11 years over two separate tenures. Since his return to the company in 2015, Sean has overseen the growth of R/GA in the US, establishing strong leadership teams in Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Portland and San Francisco and fostering strong bonds between the company’s US and regional offices. He has also worked to ensure that there is true integration across R/GA’s ventures, consulting, products and services, and marketing capabilities.
Prior to his return to R/GA, Sean was Global Chief Digital Officer and Managing Partner of Havas Worldwide. In that role he was the executive lead on all digital efforts across the global network while also co-managing the New York office, the network’s largest. He managed a group of fully integrated clients including IBM, Hershey’s, Dos Equis, and Liberty Mutual. Globally, he oversaw the development of the network’s digital strategy, experience design, social marketing, digital production, and technology teams.
Lyons first joined R/GA in 2005 as an Executive Technical Director and quickly rose to become a Managing Director leading the Nike account. During that time he oversaw one of the most awarded teams in the business, directing innovative projects across the Nike portfolio, including Nike Running, Nike Basketball, NIKEiD, and Nike+. In 2012 he was promoted to SVP, Operations & Business Planning and was responsible for reorienting R/GA’s organizational structure to make it more nimble, enabling the company to serve clients better and provide more diverse opportunities for its talent. He was also instrumental in establishing R/GA Buenos Aires, now a significant, award-winning, full-service agency in the LATAM region.
In 1999 Sean joined Oven Digital, a founding Silicon Alley agency that, like R/GA, attracted an eclectic staff that spanned technology and creativity. At Oven, Sean was the Head of Rich Media and managed a large team of animators and developers. He developed one of the very first dynamic e-commerce sites built with Flash for Tiffany & Co. The award-winning site helped prove luxury brands could beautifully and effectively sell their products on the web. It also showed how Flash could be used for more than enabling sophisticated web design and could be used for enterprise level e-commerce
In 2001 Sean literally wrote the book on Flash with Flash Architecture and Integration. The book, written before XD was an established discipline, was created to help designers and developers create platforms on Flash.
Sean was born and raised in the suburbs of New York where he studied fine arts (drawing, painting, and sculpture) from the age of ten. He attended Carnegie Mellon University and graduated in 1998 with a BFA in Painting and Electronic Media. His first job out of college was as a gallery assistant at David Zwirner’s SoHo gallery where he once had to run down a thief who had stolen a valuable piece of sculpture.
Stephen has been the Vice Chairman, Global Chief Operating Officer of R/GA since 2006. During that time, he has overseen the company’s dramatic growth and expansion to 17 cities around the world. As Global COO, Stephen is responsible for managing R/GA’s global operations, including P&L management, strategic growth plans for international operations, financial tracking, and business continuity planning. He also negotiates all client engagement agreements and oversees corporate legal matters, trademarks, patents, IP, real estate, and IT, among other responsibilities. Stephen joined R/GA in 1998.
In 2014, Stephen led the establishment of R/GA Ventures, which he manages, and the R/GA Accelerator. Companies in the 2014 and 2015 R/GA Accelerator classes reflect the potential of emerging technologies and services within the Internet of Things and Connected Device spaces. R/GA Ventures is the investment arm of the agency as well as a platform for innovation and IP development.
Stephen is on the Board of Directors of BRIC Arts l Media l Bklyn, which presents contemporary art, performing arts, and community media programs that reflect Brooklyn’s creativity and diversity. BRIC also provides resources to launch, nurture, and showcase artists and media makers. Stephen has served as BRIC’s Treasurer since 2011.
Stephen has also served on the boards of two land trusts in rural northwest Connecticut. He is an active supporter of open space and farmland preservation as well as of the sustainable agriculture, community farming, and local food movements.
Before joining R/GA in 1998, Stephen was Director of Multimedia and Video Development at Byron Preiss Multimedia Company (BPMC). There he oversaw the design, development, and production of groundbreaking interactive and video projects. Before BPMC, Stephen spent more than 10 years writing, directing, editing, and producing for film and video as well as interactive CD-ROMs. His responsibilities included scripting, production, and international distribution.
As EVP Chief Creative Officer US, Tiffany champions R/GA’s creative vision across the agency’s six U.S. offices and works in partnership with Richard Ting, EVP Global Chief Experience Officer + US Chief Creative Officer, to lead creative teams that work at the intersection of business and culture to deliver transformational work to global clients.
Tiffany is well-known for developing strategic creative solutions that lead to business and cultural impact, and she brings over 20 years of design and creative experience to her position. Prior to R/GA, she spent over six years at Co:Collective as Partner and Chief Creative Officer, where she acted as lead partner for the Puma account and oversaw a highly successful campaign that catapulted YouTube stars to fame. Before Co:Collective, she spent a decade at CP+B where she was VP, Executive Creative Director and led accounts such as MINI Cooper, Microsoft, VW, American Express, Hulu, Virgin Atlantic, Burger King, and Old Navy.
Tiffany’s work has been featured in leading publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, Ad Age, and Adweek. Her work has earned awards at every major creative and effectiveness competition including Best of Show at One Show, Grand Prix and Titanium Lions at Cannes, and a Grand Clio.
Tiffany was named one of Ad Age’s “Women to Watch” and is currently on the board of The One Club and the Ad Council Creative Committee. She is particularly proud of the work she did with ACLU following the 2016 election, where she led brand identity and external campaigns.
As Global Chief Technology Officer, Nick leads R/GA’s Technology capability across the agency’s global network. In this connected age, Technology is a critical element of R/GA’s work with clients, infused into business consulting and transformation strategy, product and service development, and communications and campaigns. Nick oversees a global staff of developers and technologists, and works closely with clients such as Samsung, Nike, Beats by Dre, and Google as well as early stage and emerging startups to anticipate and strategically integrate advances in technology.
In his nearly 10 years at R/GA, Nick was deeply involved in the Nike and R/GA partnership that resulted in many breakthrough products such as NIKEiD and the Nike+ platform. Nick cofounded the R/GA Accelerator program and built the Technology capability for R/GA in Europe.
Nick’s work has been recognized by the industry with many of its most esteemed awards, including the Cannes Integrated Titanium, the D&AD Black Pencil, International Andy Gold, One Show awards, and Adweek’s Campaign of the Decade.
Prior to joining R/GA, Nick developed systems for managing Internet-connected hardware at a startup in San Francisco, and early web applications for clients at digital agencies in San Francisco and New York City.
As Global CMO, Jess works with the company’s growth and marketing teams to articulate R/GA’s product and positioning for the company both globally and regionally. Using her experience as R/GA’s US Chief Strategy Officer, Jess will be working with senior leadership, clients, and internal and external stakeholders to formulate and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the company.
Prior to R/GA, Jess worked as the managing editor of Contagious Magazine and founder of the Contagious consultancy, Insider. She joined R/GA in 2012 as director of business strategy, followed by a stint on Google’s in-house creative partnerships team in 2014. Jess returned to R/GA in 2015 to helm the strategy department, where she helped to create and lead R/GA’s “Strat Pack,” an industry-leading approach that powers transformative work for established brands like Nike, Equinox and Samsung, as well as new economy leaders like Slack.
Jess is a passionate advocate for more women and mothers in leadership positions, and leads WomanUp, R/GA’s business resource group designed to help all women within the network define and realize success on their own terms. She’s also a founding member of Papel e Caneta, a global collaboration between creatives across the world to solve some of society’s toughest problems, a 2019 Ad Age Woman to Watch, and designs clothes in her spare time.
As global chief talent officer, Angie works closely with senior leadership across R/GA’s network of offices to evolve the company’s global strategy for talent planning and recruiting. In her role, Hannam leads a highly successful team of more than 25 recruiters, partnering closely with regional operations, human resources, and resource management leads to develop innovative approaches to organizing and supporting staff at all stages of their careers.
Hannam brings more than 17 years of experience growing and developing talent to R/GA’s global recruitment practice. Prior to R/GA, she acted as VP, Global Chief Talent Officer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. During her time at CP+B, Hannam was responsible for developing recruitment strategies across the agency’s 10 global offices and leading a team that hired hundreds of accomplished creatives, strategists, technologists and client service executives. At R/GA, Hannam leads staff acquisition across all disciplines and offices to evolve the company’s talent organization, ensuring that the company can continue to deliver innovative, award-winning work for clients across its global network.
As R/GA's EVP Global Chief Operating Officer, Wes is responsible for the strategy, goals, tools, and processes necessary to drive the long-term growth and efficiency of R/GA’s global business.
Prior to his roles in Business Operations, Wes led some of R/GA’s premier global engagements for clients such as Nike, Samsung, Google, HBO, and Walmart; balancing work, client, team and P&L responsibilities.
Having joined R/GA in 2006 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led digital product and project management teams, Wes studied psychology and economics at Connecticut College and lives in Katonah, NY with his wife and three boys.
As executive vice president, global chief financial officer, Joe Tomasulo is responsible for executive management and oversight of R/GA’s financial affairs worldwide as the company grows its capabilities and talent. Leveraging more than 25 years of experience, Joe’s finance and accounting teams ensure all of R/GA’s 17 regional offices operate efficiently and effectively to meet and surpass financial goals.
Prior to joining R/GA, Tomasulo spent more than 6 years as CFO of digital agencies including Digitas/LBI and Razorfish, where he worked closely with senior leadership to scale these businesses globally. Tomasulo also managed the integration of the businesses following multiple acquisitions, including development of global financial functions. Throughout the course of his career, he has also worked in emerging technologies, helping to develop two startups in the programmatic media and invention disruption space.
Tomasulo holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Iona College, a J.D. from NY Law, and an LL.M. from NYU. He is a CPA and member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
As EVP, Global Chief Experience Officer + US Chief Creative Officer, Richard is a C-suite partner to R/GA’s global client roster. Richard has 20 years of experience in building, guiding, and directing world class digital design teams to envision, pilot, and commercialize innovative digital products, services, and customer experiences. Richard is also a co-Founder and Partner in R/GA Ventures and has worked with and advised more than 80 early-to-growth stage startups.
While overseeing and setting the vision for R/GA’s global team of multi-disciplinary designers, Richard ensures that his teams are highly skilled in design thinking, product innovation, service design, commerce, prototyping, and digital marketing. In recent years, Richard has worked with a wide range of companies including Nike, Samsung, Google, Verizon, and Equinox and has received nearly every major industry creative award, including the Cannes Titanium Lion, the D&AD Black Pencil, and the Grand CLIO.
Throughout his career, Richard has been a much sought-after industry leader and has served on a number of creative award show juries such as The One Show, The Art Director’s Club, the International CLIO Awards, and the London International Awards. Additionally, Richard has spoken at prominent conferences such as Cannes, RISE, SXSWi, and CES and written articles for Harvard Business Review, The Atlantic, Huffington Post, and Advertising Age.
Richard currently serves on the AIGA National Board of Directors and is an executive member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. Tom joined R/GA in 2016 as SVP of strategy, leading the practice for New York. He now jointly leads the discipline across all US offices and helms the Strat Pack, a collective of over 100 marketing scientists, strategists, and connections planners whose collaboration sparks new insights and unlocks new directions for brands. Prior to R/GA, Tom was Director of Strategy at Co:Collective, and Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Worldwide US and TBWA\London.
Tom has advised businesses as diverse as Samsung, Verizon, ESPN, PepsiCo, Google, Virgin, Sony, and the Museum of Modern Art. He has earned gold Effie Awards and IPA Effectiveness Awards, and served as a judge for both. He is also a jury chair for the 4As Jay Chiat strategy awards. As VP, Head of Media, Ellie Bamford leads R/GA's media research, planning and buying practice across the network. Under her leadership, the media team is charged with helping clients outsmart rather than outspend their competitors by delivering value and creativity to paid media. Ellie brings more than 18 years of experience in translating brand strategies into media strategies, encompassing an array of channels and multi-verticals, including gaming, fashion and luxury, entertainment, e-commerce and retail, and financial services.
Prior to R/GA, Ellie served as President at Modco and a Strategic Leader at News Corp driving progressive media campaigns, and leading agency management for major global brands including Rockstar Games, True Religion Brand Jeans, Kenneth Cole, Sony Classic Pictures, Genworth Financial, TAP Airlines, and more. In recent years she’s also partnered with BBH to build out an integrated media team in New York to better service the expanding need for innovative, multidisciplinary outputs. This effort drove collaboration with new and existing client partners, the office’s diverse teams, and the broader BBH network.
Ellie is both a mentor and executive team member of She Runs It, a non-profit company promoting women’s leadership in advertising. She is a lover of gardening, her wife, and their French Bulldog, Bruce.

Nicky is an accomplished industry player with more than 25 years experience scaling client partnerships and building successful global teams. Before her role as SVP, Global Client Partnerships, Nicky led R/GA Los Angeles as managing director through a period of significant transformation. There, she built a Connected Brands practice integrating visual, verbal, experience, and behavioral brand designs with connections strategy, media planning, and a campaign offerings. Prior to R/GA, Nicky was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, where she restructured the core business to focus on innovation and creativity, transforming the office’s lagging digital capabilities and culture, enabling it to become one of the most progressive offices in the network. Nicky also worked at Ogilvy New York for 11 years as Managing Director/Senior Partner across several of the company’s most critical client engagements.
An alumnus of the Stanford University Graduate Business School, and native of New Zealand, Nicky is an outspoken advocate on the topics of Creative Leadership and Women in Leadership. During her time as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, Nicky was invited to speak at many business and government events, including major financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and the Police and Armed Forces, on the importance of breaking generational stereotypes.
As Diversity and Inclusion Director, Carl Desir develops, implements, and oversees all diversity and inclusion practices within R/GA’s fast-paced, technologically-and creatively-driven environment. As a member of the executive team, he uses his years of industry experience to enrich diversity of talent, cultivate an ecosystem of respect, foster a global community, and celebrate the tapestry of culture within R/GA’s global network.
Throughout his career Carl has participated in and led many diversity and talent programs, including the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP), 4A’s Foundation, ADCOLOR, T.O.R.C.H., Marcus Graham Project, JWT’s Differenter, AEF’s speaker program and The One Club Creative Boot Camp. At R/GA, he builds strategic partnerships with organizations and programs that support emerging diverse talent, and acts as the bridge between R/GA’s business resource groups, HR Business Partners, and senior level management.
Carl graduated from Harvard University and afterward continued to Miami Ad School. In addition to his continued advocacy for diversity, Carl enjoys running, photography, brewing beer, taekwondo, and spending time with his family
As SVP, Managing Director of Business Development, Dave oversees business development across the U.S. to ensure agency growth through new client partnership development. Dave has over two decades of experience in digital marketing and communications.
Dave joined R/GA in 2005 as an account director and quickly ascended to group account director. During this time, Dave gained considerable mobile experience working on Nokia, the world’s leader in mobility. This included the Nokia N95 global launch where Dave led the development of a user-generated site that exceeded the expected number of user-submitted videos by 100 percent. Additionally, Dave led the Open to Anything campaign, which significantly increased handset sales and sparked the revolution of “unlocking” mobile devices in the U.S.
Prior to joining R/GA, Dave was a vice president at MRM Worldwide, where he managed the team charged with re-inventing Intel's worldwide channel partner program. Before joining MRM, Dave spent more than five years with OgilvyOne Worldwide, where he was partner, management supervisor, and led the development of digital demand generation initiatives aimed at increasing lead capture and site traffic for Cisco Systems, IBM, and GlaxoSmithKline. He is a graduate of the State University of New York, and resides in Livingston, NJ, with his wife and three kids.
Vin manages a global team of producers, content creators, developers, and designers in creating culturally-driven content designed for current and emerging platforms. With narrative and storytelling in constant evolution, Farrell taps into the production and storytelling capabilities of the content and influencer studios, the design strengths of the presentation studio, and the technological opportunities explored by the prototype studio in a new integrated model that provides clients with engaging content quickly delivered on relevant platforms to foster customer engagements.
Farrell came to R/GA from Havas, where he served as Global Chief Content officer. During his four-year tenure, Farrell built and lead an award-winning cross-office studio capability, leading projects like Bob Dylan’s Studio A Revisited for Sony Legacy, which went on to win awards at festivals including Cannes Lions, Clios, and One Show. Prior to joining Havas, Farrell ran the R/GA Digital Studio, serving as head of production and expanding the capability internationally, beginning with a studio in London. Before R/GA, Vin was Senior Director of Content and Integrated Marketing Production at Spiketv.com. Prior to that, Vin worked for Digitas as an Agency Producer, where he established the video production practice between the New York, Chicago, and Boston offices.
Farrell stays close to his professional roots as an independent film producer. Recent credits include 2012’s “Me @ the Zoo” and 2014’s “Banksy Does New York”, both distributed on HBO. Additionally, in 2015, he co-founded FlyNYON, an aerial experience brand that leverages social media and digital communication platforms to disrupt the traditional helicopter tourism business.
Vin received a BA in Religious Studies from Connecticut College.
As EVP, Managing Director of R/GA US, Robin partners with senior agency leadership to grow and manage all non-NYC US offices by fostering culture, driving office collaboration, and furthering relationships with new and existing clients across the R/GA network.
Robin has been with R/GA since 2014, most recently as the Managing Director of the New York office where he was responsible for growth, operations, and new business development. Prior, he served as SVP, Group Managing Director, leading and overseeing a team of more than 100 creatives, producers, strategists, and technologists focused on building innovative work for clients including Verizon, Samsung, Jet.com, and Johnson & Johnson. Before joining R/GA, Robin spent 13 years at Blast Radius as managing director for North America, consulted in the assurance and business advisory division at Arthur Andersen, and implemented a World Bank initiative in Chile to digitize schools and reform the national pedagogy.
Robin is a graduate of the University of British Columbia where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce in international business and Columbia University’s Business School Executive Education program, where he focused on negotiation and decision-making strategies. He is a passionate traveler who has traversed 40 countries across six continents.
As VP, Executive HR Director, US, Maria Neve leads the people experience for the region. She develops the vision and strategy for US talent and leads a strong team in all aspects of the employee journey, including HR management, development, engagement and culture, talent management, organizational design and change. A passionate, people-focused professional, Maria has a proven record in helping businesses and individuals achieve the results they desire and delivering positive impact, through an innovative, human centered strategy and approach.
Maria is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) trained coach and group facilitator who specializes in leadership development and executive coaching. She’s worked in the field of HR and organizational development for over 16 years, helping individuals and organizations become aware of their patterns, biases, habits, impact and ultimately, achieve their true potential. She is particularly known for helping to navigate change and work through difficult moments.
Maria has a passion for people, culture and growth. She came to R/GA from Momentum Worldwide where she developed and led the strategy and vision for the company’s people plan across North America as VP, North American Director of Talent, and their International offices prior to that. She led a new approach to HR that impacted them being identified as ‘Best Place to Work’. She was also part of two different women's leadership groups both within the IPG and externally. Most recently Maria created an online and in-person community group called 'fearlesshe' focused on supporting women at every intersection, helping them to face their fears, unlock their power, and stand up for positive change.
As EVP, Managing Director New York, Nick partners with senior leadership to grow and manage the office, fostering culture, drive collaboration across office talent, and further relationships with new and existing clients. With more than 18 years of global marketing experience, Nick is a passionate driver of building disruptive platforms, programs, products and campaigns for clients. He has created internationally recognizable work that has won a breadth of awards across effectiveness, design, media, film, mobile, web, and innovation.
Prior to his current role, Nick led R/GA’s relationships with Verizon, Unilever, Ally and Disney. Before joining R/GA, Nick was the Group Business Head at Anomaly New York across the agency’s Diageo portfolio and their New York Life business. Prior to that, he led the global Jaguar Land Rover account at The Brooklyn Brothers agency in London. He was also part of the integrated global leadership teams at IPG Team Nokia and WPP Team Vodafone where he accrued a wealth of technology and telecommunications experience.
Nick studied Economics and Management at Leeds University and started his working career as a waiter in the EPCOT Centre at Walt Disney World. An avid traveler who has lived in London, Sydney, and New York, Nick now resides in Brooklyn with his wife Katie.
As SVP, Global MD, Growth & Development, Alex Sehnaoui identifies, explores, and secures opportunities for offices across the R/GA global network. In this role, he connects R/GA’s innovation, design, consultancy, communications, and technology offerings to help brands create breakthrough products, services, and experiences.
Alex combines his proficiency in creative strategy, ambition for results driven solutions, and over 15 years of global leadership across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia to cultivate and develop existing and new client partnerships and shape R/GA’s growth strategy. Alex’s multi-market experience enables him to spearhead global collaboration initiatives, and spur organic growth.
Prior to R/GA, Alex held management and new business roles in adtech, media and advertising groups including iHeartMedia, You&MrJones, and Havas Worldwide Shanghai and New York.
