At the heart of the Bullpen is Ricky Mintz, a leading creative executive with over 17 years experience in music and movie marketing, advertising and merchandising. At Capitol Records, he played an instrumental role in the success of The Beatles Anthology and Frank Sinatra Duets releases. In his seven years heading Warner Bros. PicturesÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ in-house advertising agency, he accumulated over 40 awards for producing trailers, posters, TV campaigns, merchandising, packaging and corporate sizzle reels.
Mintz is aligned with an experienced team of highly-skilled and creative writers, art directors, editors, motion graphics, web masters and directors, who he has managed in the past. These creatives are brought into the Bullpen on a per-project basis and matched with the project that best utilizes their talent. This approach affords us the opportunity to bill our clients for only the people directly working on their creative assignment, not saddling them with the overhead associated with most agencies.
