In 2015, his book trilogy "Gods of Both Worlds" spent a month as the #1 novel by a Brazilian author in his native country and was published in 5 other countries. In April 2017, he launches in Brazil his fourth novel "The mother, the daughter and the lady's spirit" (A mãe, a filha e o espírito da santa). He has two kung-fu black belts and is working on a karate one too.

Nancy Daum is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years experience with advertising, direct marketing, content, social media, and innovative technology companies . She has managed finance, administration, human resources and IT departments for privately held/venture backed entities through IPOs. Prior to that Nancy worked for several years in public accounting at Ernst and Young and Deloitte and Touche in San Francisco and New York and was one of the founding members of the Entrepreneurial Services Group. Nancy is a CPA (inactive) and has a BS in Accounting from Golden Gate University. In 2017, Daum was a nominee for The San Francisco Business Times "CFO of The Year" Award.

Originally from Oklahoma, Matt came to advertising in 1995 after studying film and economics at the University of Chicago. Matt began his career at Leo Burnett in Chicago, and then moved on to New York to join the creative shop Cliff Freeman and Partners and later BBH New York, where he developed the global strategy for the Johnnie Walker “Keep Walking” campaign.
In 2005, Matt arrived in San Francisco at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners to become the Deputy Director of the Brand Strategy group, building memorable campaigns for many brands; most famously, the Hyundai “Think About It” campaign and “Assurance” promotion. Matt left GSP to become the North American Chief Strategy Officer at McCann, and shortly after joined BBDO SF as the Director of Strategy, building a diverse strategy group and a thriving agency in his four years there.
Matt has lectured and taught account planning at the 4A’s Account Planning Group, the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Miami Ad School, Golden Gate University, and the San Francisco Academy of Art. Jeff Ferro, Pereira & O’Dell’s VP of Production, oversees the agency’s creative quality and execution of successful advertising programs. Ferro has received two AICP Awards for product Integration for Skype’s (“Born Friends Family Portrait”, “Finding Donut”). Ferro recently produced Intel’s fourth blockbuster social film titled “What Lives Inside” starring Colin Hanks, Academy award winner J.K. Simmons and directed by Robert Stromberg (Malificent, Avatar). He has also partnered with Brian Grazer and Ron Howard’s incubator film project New Form to produce “Dreams of Emily Bloom” which launched in this summer. Pereira & O'Dell is the first advertising agency to win an Emmy against regular television programming, winning "Outstanding New Approach to Television” for the social film "The Beauty Inside" for Intel.

After winning a national photography competition in high school, Dave Arnold took the advice of his art teacher and headed to the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Within the school’s prestigious graphic design/advertising department, Dave created work that was recognized by The One Club, CMYK, Graphis and The Art Directors Club. After graduating, Dave worked at DeVito/Verdi, and Mad Dogs & Englishmen.
In 2000 Dave joined Euro RSCG where he worked for clients such as Volvo, New Balance, Evian, Intel, Partnership for a Drug-Free America and, in 2006, the launch of Howard Stern on Sirius Satellite Radio. In 2007 Dave was made creative director on Clearasil after developing their new campaign, *Clearasil May Cause Confidence. In 2008, Auditorium from that campaign won a Cannes Lion. In 2009 his Most Interesting Man work for Dos Equis was recognized with a Titanium & Integrated Lion. Later on that year Dave was the art director on The Atlantic, Think. Again. campaign which won the gold Effie.
In 2012 Dave became the Executive Creative Director of Pereira & O'Dell NY.
When not playing ping-pong, Dave can be found back at School of Visual Arts where he has been teaching an advertising class since 2004.

Parsley joined Pereira & O'Dell in 2009 as the Director of Marketing & PR, playing an integral role in the success and growth of the agency. She works alongside Executive, Client Services, Creative, Production and Media teams to communicate the agency's capabilities, best practices and notable work. She boosts campaign success for both agency and clients through business, advertising and consumer press.
Previously, Parsley was the Marketing/PR Director at AKQA. Her efforts during her tenure facilitated many of the agency's accolades including “Agency of the Year” wins from AdAge, Adweek, OMMA and SHOOT Magazine as well as Creativity's first-ever Interactive Agency of the Year.
