Ryan is Fold7’s Founder and Executive Creative Director. Never one to waste time, soon after graduating he embarked on the creation of one of Britain’s most loved brands, Ted Baker (and Fold7’s founding client). His entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to do great work are deep-rooted in our agency culture, and the same principles that he founded the business with are still very much at the heart of his approach today: A ‘can do’ attitude with an ambition for business transforming ideas. Ryan has partnered with businesses from launch to evolution including Orange, Gocompare.com, Carlsberg, Somersby, Nike and Ted Baker.
Marc is Fold7’s CEO, leading the way in making the agency a destination brand for clients and talent who share our creative ambition. He heads up the agency and is charged with driving the growth of the business, its staff and clients. Formerly the Founder and CEO of Kitcatt Nohr, with five Agency of the Year titles and over 100 creative awards under his belt, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Fold7.
Throughout his career he’s made a significant contribution to the wider marketing industry: Twice elected to the board of the IPA, chaired the DMA awards and awarded Honorary Life Fellow of the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing for services to training. A true champion of creativity and innovation, he previously penned a column in the Financial Times’ Creative Business section. He has also invested in a number of technology start-ups.
Harry is a Partner at Fold7 and leads key client relationships including Carlsberg and Gumtree. He has over 18 years of extensive experience above and below the line with an ‘in early’ immersion in digital comms. His background is anchored in fostering the best creative ideas and leveraging them for the most effective results for clients, not by following channel assumption. Having managed award-winning campaigns for brands including Orange, Sky, Nectar and Texaco, Harry has a huge appetite for achieving our clients’ objectives and is constantly challenging them to be greater.
David is Fold7’s top-flight strategy veteran, developing and overseeing brand and communication strategies across our entire client base. He boasts over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry and prior to joining the Fold, he was both Head of Brand Development for Publicis Groupe and Global Planning Director at Saatchi & Saatchi.
Throughout his career he’s led award-winning strategies for brands including Guinness, Visa, Ford, BT and Boots and was responsible for the creation of the Oystercard for TfL, and the Getty Images media brand in the US. Having worked in markets all over the world from Seattle to Singapore, David is yet to find a client sector that he doesn’t find interesting. Here at Fold7, he spends the majority of his time demonstrating to clients that it’s creativity (in all its forms) that drives business success.
Jaz is Fold7’s Head of Finance. She joined the Fold five years ago after working with various creative agencies helping them to build their businesses, including stints at Frank PR, The Good Agency and Experience Worldwide.

Natalie is Fold7’s Business Development Manager, overseeing the agency’s new business and marketing activities, helping to grow the agency’s reputation and achieve its ambitions. Natalie has over nine years' experience in the industry and has held new business and marketing positions at OMD and Initiative. Prior to entering the world of new business, Natalie held several media planning positions, working with clients such as Hasbro, Walkers, Global Radio and Hearst Magazines.
