As ARGONAUT’s founder, Hunter has spent his career working with brands at pivotal points of inflection, helping each of them unlock their timeless potential. Obsessed with creative effectiveness, his superpower is helping brands build, scale, and comeback. Prior to ARGO, Hunter “grew up” at agencies like Wieden+Kennedy and Goodby Silverstein & Partners. And he is no stranger to complex global brand development as demonstrated by his global creative leadership on brands like MetLife, Fitbit, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, INFINITI, and Chevrolet.
A veteran of Wieden + Kennedy and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Hunter has spent his entire career working with brands at pivotal points of inflection, helping each of them unlock their timeless potential. Obsessed with creative effectiveness, he has helped brands build, scale, and come back. Obsessed with effectiveness, his creative leadership has had a significant impact on the businesses of brands like Cricket Wireless (to the tune of 8 consecutive years of growth), Fitbit, Chevrolet, Frito-Lay and Coca-Cola among others. Hunter was named one of the top 20 creative directors worldwide by Creativity magazine and was featured in Adweek’s Creative 100 List. But, due to his humility, Hunter would never tell you this. It’s a good thing he’s not the one writing this bio.

Allan Flores

Allan Flores

Chief Financial Officer

A 20-year finance veteran, Allan has spent the bulk of his career working in Finance within creative service industries like advertising and architecture which has allowed him to not only develop mastery in forensic accounting, but to also hold the softer context and story behind the numbers and our client’s needs. Creative in his own right, Allan has provided financial leadership within agencies like Goodby, Silverstein & Partners during a period of rapid growth and scaling, which prepared him for ARGO’s own growth trajectory and also gives him an intimate understanding of what many of our clients are also going through. His understanding and empathetic bedside manner is equally matched by his financial stewardship and moral compass…and also his ability to crack dry jokes.
