As an agency partner, we want to help to evolve your business, your ideas and your brand. Think Boston Consulting meets Ideo meets Droga5, all working in unison to achieve a business objective. We don’t think in silos, because people don’t think in silos. Which means we are solution-agnostic. We've had our hands in new distribution models and business processes, new products and programs and advertising across all platforms. The end result is to not only to show you how to move business, but help you make that happen. (Of course, if you just want us to crack your strategy, create a killer experiential piece or TV spot, we can do that too.) Founded by Torsten Gross and Sam Saunders, powered by a partnership.

Torsten was head of global strategy on Microsoft at Deutsch. Prior to that he sold his innovation consultancy, Fatbaby Innovation and worked at R/GA, BBDO and many others. Sam founded Young Discoverers Club, a Creation Agency. Prior to that was the Executive Creative Director at SS+K and worked at numerous other hot creative shops like M&C Saatchi and Wong Doody. Both Sam and Torsten have had their work recognized globally at shows like Cannes, One Show, The Clios, Effies and the Sabres. Together they lead the strong team that makes up Partners and Partners.
