  • Built an immersive, full retail store from the ground up, including event space, technology, and graphics elements.
  • Executed hourly fight demonstrations led by MMA experts to instruct fans on UFC-Gym-specific workout routines and exercises.
  • Used UFC proprietary technology to track UFC Gym participants’ performance and utilized a live feed on projection monitors to show results and statistics in real time. 
Problem
  • Create a UFC retail store and UFC Gym experience in a trade show atmosphere to showcase the UFC’s first line of licensed products and UFC Gym programs.
  • Introduce the UFC as a lifestyle brand and give consumers and fans the opportunity to purchase merchandise and apparel in a test market setting before fully rolling out products.
